Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to every purchase you make from VapeDeals ("we," "us") on this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are buying for your own personal use, and that you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may buy

You must be 21 or older to buy from us. Federal law sets 21 as the minimum age to purchase tobacco and vapor products everywhere in the United States. We may verify your age or identity before we ship, and every package is delivered to an adult 21 or older who signs for it. Orders placed by or for anyone under 21 are cancelled and refunded.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order at any point before shipment, for example when an item is out of stock, when we cannot verify your age or address, when a price was listed in error, or when shipping to your address is not permitted. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place the order. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment cards listed at checkout, and the card is charged when the order is placed.

4. Shipping and risk of loss

How and where we ship is set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these Terms. Responsibility for a package passes to you when an adult at your address signs for it. Please check your order on arrival and report anything missing, wrong or damaged within the windows in our Returns policy.

5. Where we ship

We ship only where the law allows the sale and delivery of vapor products to consumers. If we cannot ship to your address, we cancel the order and refund it in full. You agree not to re-route a shipment or give a false address to get around a shipping restriction.

6. Personal use only

Products bought here are for your own use. You may not resell them, distribute them, or buy them on behalf of anyone under 21.

7. Product information and warnings

Our products contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance. They are not for use by anyone under 21, by pregnant or nursing women, by people with heart conditions, high blood pressure or diabetes, or by anyone sensitive to nicotine, propylene glycol or vegetable glycerin. Keep products away from children and pets.

California Proposition 65 warning: these products may expose you to chemicals including nicotine, known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Product descriptions, puff counts and battery figures come from the manufacturer. We make no promise about how long a product lasts or how it performs for you.

8. Returns and warranty

Returns, replacements and manufacturer warranty claims are handled under our Returns policy. Products are otherwise sold as is, and any manufacturer warranty runs between you and the manufacturer; we help you make a claim where we can.

9. Your account and this website

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for every order placed through your account. You agree not to place automated or scripted orders, not to give us false information, and not to use this website for anything unlawful.

10. Content and trademarks

Everything on this website, including product names, images, text and software, belongs to us or to the brands we carry. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page and apply to orders placed after they are posted.
