Accessibility Statement
VapeDeals.co is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to make this site usable for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology.
Our Standard
This site is designed and developed to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities — including visual, auditory, cognitive, motor, and neurological disabilities.
What We've Done
- Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
- Keyboard-navigable interface across all pages, forms, and checkout
- Alt text on product images and meaningful icons
- Sufficient color contrast ratios for body text and interactive elements
- Resizable text without loss of layout or functionality
- Accessible form labels, error messages, and validation
- Focus indicators on all interactive elements
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We routinely audit the site, train our team, and test with assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation. When we add new features or update existing ones, we evaluate them against the same standard.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some pages or features may not be fully accessible. This is typically the case when third-party content (videos, embedded widgets) is integrated from partners whose accessibility we do not control, or when legacy product imagery lacks complete descriptive alt text. If you encounter an accessibility barrier we have not documented, please let us know — we want to fix it.
Report an Accessibility Issue
If you have trouble using any part of VapeDeals.co, or you'd like to request information in an alternative format, please contact us. We treat accessibility reports as priority tickets and aim to respond within 2 business days.
