Age Verification at Purchase

When you create an account or place an order, you must confirm you are 21 or older. We may use third-party age verification services to cross-reference your submitted information against public records. If your information cannot be verified electronically, we will request a copy of a government-issued photo ID before we ship your order.

Age Verification at Delivery (Adult Signature 21+)

Every package containing vapor products is shipped with Adult Signature Required (21+) service, as required by the PACT Act. At delivery, the carrier will request a government-issued photo ID. The ID must show the recipient is at least 21. The recipient must sign in person; packages cannot be left unattended. Any adult 21 or older at the delivery address may sign — the signer does not have to be the person who placed the order.

Zero-Tolerance Policy
