VapeDeals sells vapor products only to adults 21 or older. We check age when you enter the site, when you order, and again at your door.
Federal Tobacco 21 (T21)
Since December 20, 2019, the federal minimum age to buy tobacco and vapor products in the United States is 21. This applies in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and every U.S. territory, whatever state or local law says.
How we check
- Before you can browse, you confirm that you are 21 or older.
- By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or older and accept our Terms of Sale. We may ask you to verify your identity before we ship.
- At delivery, the carrier requires an adult signature (21+). The driver checks a government-issued photo ID and will not leave the package with anyone younger.
No sales to minors
We cancel and refund any order we believe was placed by or for someone under 21. Buying vapor products for a minor is against the law.
Adult signature at delivery
Every package we ship goes out with adult signature (21+) service, as federal law (the PACT Act) requires. An adult 21 or older must be at the delivery address to show ID and sign. The signer does not have to be the person who placed the order. If no qualifying adult is available after three delivery attempts, the package comes back to us. This requirement cannot be waived.
Product warning
Vapor products are not for use by anyone under 21, by pregnant or nursing women, by people with heart conditions, high blood pressure or diabetes, or by anyone sensitive to nicotine, propylene glycol or vegetable glycerin. Nicotine is a highly addictive substance.
