Returns & Exchange
We stand behind every product VapeDeals.co ships. If something arrives defective or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Please read this policy carefully — vapor products have tighter return rules than most consumer categories due to federal and state regulations.
Return Window
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): Report within 72 hours of delivery.
- Defective Hardware: Within 30 days of delivery, under manufacturer warranty.
- Unopened Items: Within 30 days of delivery, in original sealed packaging, for store credit or refund.
What We Cannot Accept
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable once the manufacturer seal is broken:
- E-liquids, salt nicotine, and any pre-filled bottles
- Disposable vapes
- Pods, cartridges, and cartomizers
- Replacement coils and atomizer heads
- Drip tips and mouthpieces
These items are only returnable if unopened, the factory seal is intact, and the return is filed within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return (RMA)
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, the reason, and photos (required for DOA / defective claims).
- Our team reviews the request — usually within 1 business day — and issues an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue the refund or replacement within 5 business days.
Do not ship returns without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
- Our error or defective product: We cover return shipping.
- Buyer's remorse or ordering mistake: You cover return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 – 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Store credit refunds are issued immediately on approval.
Restocking Fee
Non-defective returns (buyer's remorse, wrong item ordered) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
Manufacturer Warranties
Most devices carry a 90-day manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Coils, pods, and consumables are not covered. We facilitate manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf — contact us and we'll handle the paperwork with the brand.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once a package has a tracking number and has been handed off for delivery, we cannot cancel it — you will need to file a return after delivery.
