VapeDeals ships to adults 21 or older across the United States, wherever the law allows vapor products to be delivered to consumers. Every package goes out with adult signature (21+) service and is labeled as federal law requires.

Order processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after that, on weekends or on federal holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Transit time depends on where you are. Most packages arrive within a few business days of shipping. Once the carrier scans the package, its tracking page shows the delivery estimate.

Adult signature required (21+)

Federal law requires every package containing vapor products to be delivered with adult signature (21+) service. At delivery, the driver:

  • asks for a government-issued photo ID from an adult at the address,
  • checks that the ID shows the person is 21 or older,
  • collects a signature before releasing the package.

Any adult 21 or older at the address may sign; it does not have to be you. If no qualifying adult is available after three delivery attempts, the package comes back to us and we contact you about a refund or a new delivery. This requirement cannot be waived.

Where we ship

Some states and localities do not allow vapor products to be shipped to consumers. If your address is in one of them, we cannot fill the order, and we cancel and refund it in full.

When your package arrives

Please check your order on delivery. Report anything missing, wrong or damaged within 72 hours, with photos of the packaging and the affected items. Keep the box and the packing slip until the claim is settled. Our Returns policy has the full process.
