Shipping & Handling

All VapeDeals.co orders ship from our U.S. warehouse. Every package containing vapor products ships PACT Act compliant with adult signature (21+) service — federal law, no exceptions.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are generally processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.

Adult Signature Required (21+)

Federal law requires that every package containing vapor products be delivered using adult signature (21+) service. At delivery, the driver will:

  • Request a government-issued photo ID from any adult at the address
  • Verify the ID shows the recipient is 21 or older
  • Obtain a signature before releasing the package

Any adult 21 or older at the delivery address may sign — the signer does not have to be the person who placed the order. If no qualifying adult is available after three delivery attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse. This requirement cannot be waived.

Shipping Restrictions

Federal and state laws restrict where vapor products can be shipped to consumers. Our checkout will automatically block orders to addresses in restricted states.

States Where We Cannot Ship Vapor Products

  • Utah — consumer online sales prohibited (licensed-retailer only)
  • Vermont — consumer online sales prohibited (licensed-retailer only)
  • Virginia — consumer online sales prohibited
  • New York — shipment of liquid-containing vapor products prohibited
  • South Dakota — shipment of all tobacco and vapor products prohibited

States With Flavor Restrictions

The following states prohibit the sale of flavored vapor products (including, in most cases, menthol). Un-flavored / tobacco-flavored products may still be available.

  • California
  • Massachusetts
  • New Jersey
  • Rhode Island
  • Oregon

States With Approved-Product Registries

Some states only permit sale of products on a state-maintained registry. Your available selection in these states may be narrower than our full catalog:

  • North Carolina
  • Wisconsin
  • Florida
  • Virginia (registry expansion in 2026)

State laws change frequently. This list is reviewed and updated regularly, but the definitive restrictions are enforced at checkout against the most current rules.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded boxes with no product imagery or company logos on the outside. The return address will show our legal entity name, as required by law.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, or the package arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

We do not ship vapor products outside the United States.
